Minneapolis, MN, November 19, 2025—The National Association of the Remodeling Industry of Minnesota (NARI of MN ) has named Sylvestre Remodeling & Design in Minneapolis, MN, 2025 NARI of MN Remodeler of the Year (RotY) winner in the Universal Bath category as part of its annual awards competition.

Modern Accessibility focused on removing and replacing the existing owner’s suite bathroom and updating the adjacent closet. The goal was to create a safe, accessible, and beautiful bathroom that would support the homeowners as they age in place, while honoring some of the original features that made the space meaningful to them.
